Responsibilities
• Responsible for FinTech project programming, including implementation and integration using C#, JavaScript, vbScript, and SQL.
• Gather and analyze client requirements for solution implementation, customization, and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define, test, and implement client-specific solutions.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to clients, both onsite and offsite.
• Provide technical support for internal and client-facing applications to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the sales team by presenting technical aspects of products and solutions to prospective clients.
• Design and develop technical architecture and workflows to meet client needs.
• Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and resolve system performance issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on new technologies and trends to enhance solutions and processes.
Requirements
• 2 years of proven and hands-on programming experience, preferably with a combination of software development experience and experience in the Finance or Private Equity sector.
• Hands-on in IT projects, being a Business Analyst and Analyst Programmer.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
• Practical experience in Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, views).
• Strong knowledge of different development languages (e.g., C#, SQL, JavaScript, vbScript, etc.).
• Strong organization, communication skills, and client-serving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity and accountability for proposing solutions, time management, and reporting back to management in a timely manner.
